Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority (RAKTA) participated in the Gulf Traffic Week 2024 under the theme “Driving Without a Phone”. Through showcasing modern technologies in transportation that enhance road safety according to the highest international standards. This included the demonstration of smart cameras and meters utilizing AI technology, linked to the smart control and monitoring center. Additionally, systems aimed at enhancing safety measures such as driver facial recognition, safe driving behavior analysis, seatbelt usage, and phone usage while driving were highlighted during the event.
