The innovation team at RAKTA organization organized the Innovation Laboratory for 2020 under the title “Developing the Customer’s Journey” which aims to extract ideas and creative proposals that work to bring about positive changes and a qualitative shift in the service system of the Authority Mr. Raed Hamdan, head of RAKTA innovation team, pointed out that the laboratory included the participation of a number of employees of the Authority, customers and employees of franchise companies in addition to a group of taxi drivers, where the laboratory produced 51 creative ideas presented during the laboratory, which is joined for one day, where the useful ideas will be applied from them.
