As part of its commitment to enhancing communication with various sectors, RAKTA organized a forum for the hospitality sector in Ras Al Khaimah. The aim was to raise awareness about the services provided by RAKTA in the transportation sector.
During the forum, many of RAKTA’s services were introduced, such as smart transportation applications, hotel staff transportation services, online taxi booking services via QR codes, and other services, with the goal of increasing awareness among employees in the hospitality sector.
The forum also reflects RAKTA’s belief in the importance of these meetings, which contribute to improving the quality of services provided by RAKTA by listening to feedback and suggestions. This aligns with RAKTA’s vision of ” Pioneering in regulating the transportation sector and ensuring the provision of safe, reliable and smart transportation services.” and its first strategic goal of “People happiness.”
