In implementation of the periodic field visits plan for the year 2020, His Excellency Engineer / Esmaeel Hasan Al Blooshi – General Manager of the authority made a field inspection visit for the “Sharing Taxi” service for the external regions in the emirate (Adhan – Al Ghail Industrial – Masafi) and mechanisms for improving and developing them so that the service is available to all customers living in the external regions.
The visit comes within the framework of the authority’s efforts to improve the quality of transportation services and in order to achieve happiness for its customers by providing transportation for different regions, so that customers can move easily and conveniently.
The visit was attended by Mr. Mohamed Hashem Esmaeel – Director of Quality and Operation Control Department, Mr. Moataz Abid – Director of Franchise and Investment Companies Control and Mr. Mohamed Zaman – Operations Director of Arabia Taxi Company.
