As part of its training plan, the Human Resources and Development Department at RAKTA conducted an introductory workshop on the authority’s services to educate the call center employees about the services procedures.
Where Mr. Raed Hamdan – Director of Policies and Regulations presented the course in which all procedures were explained. The course also included listening and responding to employees’ comments and inquiries regarding it.
