A group of RAKTA employees participated in the virtual forum for government best practices on customer experience, which was organized by Sheikh Saqr Program for Government Excellence. The forum presented the use of graphical analysis to improve customer satisfaction, the customer experience in Dubai Customs, and the customer experience in DEWA.
The forum comes within the framework of the endeavor to intensify the efforts of all government agencies to find distinct working methods that meet the expectations and aspirations of customers in accordance with the highest standards of quality, efficiency and transparency.
