This service aims at enabling the schools and companies to obtain a permit of operation of a school bus for the activity of school transport.
Terms And Conditions
The school or company should be entered and registered at the licensing systems of the Authority along with the fulfillment of all the technical requirements of the school transport buses.

Get the approval
The electronic payment and the printing of the permit is made through the website
Required Documents
Copy of the bus registration.
Copy of the insurance policy which should cover all bus passengers.
Report from Department of Operation and Quality Control which proves fulfillment of the approved technical specifications and supplies.
Copy of the invoice of the bus purchase if it is brand new or copy of its rental if it is rented.
A report comprising the result of the bus technical test in case it is used provided that the age of bus does not exceed 7 years as of the year of manufacturing.
Copy of the permit to the practice school transport in the Emirate of Rs Al Khaimah.
