This service aims at enabling the schools and companies to obtain a permit to practice of the activity of transport of school students by buses.

All schools, kindergartens, and investors in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah are entitled to benefit from such service.
Companies should obtain permits of practice of the activity of commercial transport in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah (the companies only)

Visit RAKTA e-services portal
Log in as a registered member
Enter the required service page
Fill out the application form and upload the required documents
Get the approval
The electronic payment and the printing of the permit is made through the website

Certificate of trade name booking from Department of Economic Development in case the company is licensed.
Copy of ID/passport of the Permit owner.
Copy of the lease (only for companies).
Copy of power of attorney or representative’s card (if any).
