An undertaking is to be signed to supply a driver for the vehicle within one month of the vehicle registration, for the business of passengers transport by buses or luxury cars.
An undertaking is to be signed by the vehicle owner that the vehicle will be used for personal purposes only, for public interest cases.
Car’s age is not more than 5 years from date of manufacture for all types.
