The Human Resources and Development Department at RAKTA organized an introductory workshop on crisis, disaster management and business continuity for the employees in cooperation with the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority.
The workshop aims to strengthen the role of institutions in the field of emergencies by introducing them to how to prepare plans for dealing with emergencies, crises and disasters in line with the standards of preparation and operational plans. It also aims to raise awareness of the frameworks, policies and standards adopted at the various stages of the emergency, crisis and disaster management system.
Mr. Mohamed Hashem Esmaeel – Director of Quality Control and Operations Department valued the role of the National Emergency and Crisis Management Authority in refining and developing the skills of employees to give them sufficient experience to deal correctly in disaster and emergency situations in a way that ensures business continuity.
