Follow-up on RAKTA’s preparation for the year 2021

H.E. Eng. Esmaeel Hasan Al Blooshi, General Manager of RAKTA, conducts an inspection visit yesterday, Wednesday, to all RAKTA’s facilities. During the visit, he was briefed on the preparations made by RAKTA for the next year 2021 by providing taxis and buses for customers in a way that facilitates the movement of the emirate’s residents on New Year’s Eve according to the approved operational plans.

H.E also was briefed on Al Hamra Call Center preparation to receive customer inquiries during the weekend that coincides with the beginning of the new year. Moreover, he was briefed on artificial intelligence techniques in the control systems in transportation.
