As part of RAKTA strategy 2020-2025 for intelligent transformation in services, RAKTA revealed its launch on Monday, March 2, 2020, the smart inspection of the Authority’s inspectors, which aims to facilitate the field work of inspectors and allows them to file reports, observations and irregularities by including them in smartphone devices. This intelligent electronic transformation is part of RAKTA plans to increase the level of efficiency at work, use new technology, reduce effort and take a pioneering step in reducing traditional paper use. Mr. Mohammed Hashim Ismail- Director of The Department of Quality Control and Operations, that intelligent inspection will facilitate field work through the link of the system in the authority and will raise the performance indicators of the department and inspectors in addition to the smart inspection is environmentally friendly so that the inspector does not need to edit the violation paper because the application allows the inspector to insert violations directly on the system. He pointed out that the Authority strives to provide smart and advanced services to keep pace with the development witnessed by the emirate in order to achieve the vision of RAK government of 2030
