Based on the Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority’s strategic directions to provide smooth and safe transportation services that meet the needs of all segments of society, RAKTA launched the Saqr Gold Card to serve people of determination by providing free public bus transportation, as RAKTA believes in its role in supporting community initiatives to integrate people of determination into various public transport services and encourage them to experience unique mobility through the means of transport available in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
Mr. Muhammad Hashim Esmaeel, Director of the Quality and Operational Control Department, stated that RAKTA pays special attention to the category of people of determination, as evidenced by several visits to them in collaboration and coordination with the Ras Al Khaimah Club for People of Determination, as well as the distribution of Saqr golden cards, which allow free movement via public transportation.
