RAKTA’s Customer Happiness Section implemented a brainstorming session for employees, which was implemented in the Abra, to discuss initiatives and creative ideas that achieve more successes in the field of customer happiness and raise their level of satisfaction with the services provided to them. The brainstorming session aims to generate creative ideas and proposals that contribute to increasing the attractiveness of the work environment, the development of the employee’s career path and the improvement of his performance level, to be able to make customers happy and draw a smile on their faces, as well as identifying the requirements necessary to provide them with the finest services in accordance with the highest practices.
